1. After obtaining a strict double eccentric butterfly valve, the customer should adjust it and review it on the outlet side to ensure that there is no leakage. In the pipeline strength test, the disc valve should be opened to avoid damage to the seal pair.

2. Although the disc valve has been strictly adjusted before leaving the factory, the customer needs to check and adjust it again after getting it.

3. When the electric disc valve is in the factory, the opening and closing stroke of the regulating electric control mechanism of the double eccentric butterfly valve has been adjusted. However, you need to manually open the valve to the semi-closed position first, and then press the electric switch to check that the direction of the indicator disk is the same as the direction of the gate valve closing.

Second, disc valve installation

1. The inner wall must be kept clean, and no impurities are allowed on the sealing ring and the butterfly plate.

2. Use special flanges for disc valves to install matching flanges for pinch butterfly valves.

3. The disc valve is installed vertically on the pipeline and cannot be inverted.

4. The disk valve needs to adjust the flow time, and use the turbine box to control it.

5. Open and close the disc valve frequently, and open the cover of the turbine box regularly (up and down for 2 months) to check whether the butter is normal and ensure the appropriate amount of butter.

6. Check the various parts of the valve regularly and eliminate the fault in time.
