The flanged butterfly valve has a flange on the valve, and the flanges on both sides are connected with bolts on the pipe flange. It needs to be installed in the diameter direction of the pipe and has good flow control characteristics. The butterfly valve flange adopts a composite valve seat for the sealing structure, so it is not easy to be too aged due to wear and external corrosive media, and can be used for a long time.

The flanged butterfly valve has the characteristics of no sliding friction between the butterfly plate and the sealing ring, wear-resistant sealing surface, long service life, reliable sealing and easy adjustment. The sealing ring of the flanged butterfly valve is self-sealing under the action of the working pressure in the opposite direction. The higher the working pressure in the opposite direction, the greater the self-sealing force, so that the sealing ring and the valve seat are tightly combined to achieve the effect of two-way sealing.

The center of rotation of the butterfly plate (ie the center of the valve stem) is located on the centerline of the valve body and the sealing surface section of the butterfly plate. The valve seat is made of synthetic rubber. When closed, the outer circular sealing surface of the butterfly plate squeezes the synthetic rubber valve seat, which makes the valve seat elastically deform, thus forming an elastic force as the sealing pressure to ensure the sealing of the butterfly valve. The sealing structure of the flange butterfly valve adopts PTFE and synthetic rubber to form a composite valve seat. The life of the butterfly valve is improved.

The sealing structure of the flange butterfly valve adopts PTFE, synthetic rubber and phenolic resin to form a composite valve seat, which makes the valve seat have better strength while having elasticity. At the same time, the butterfly plate is fully covered with PTFE, so that the butterfly plate has strong corrosion resistance.
