First, cast steel material
The cast steel valve disc is suitable for high temperature and high pressure working environment, with high strength, high corrosion resistance and reliable sealing, and is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry and other fields. However, compared with other materials, the price of cast steel valve disc is higher, and the power consumption is also a drawback that cannot be ignored.
Second, stainless steel material
Stainless steel disc is suitable for more corrosive media, with good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. Stainless steel valve disc price is moderate, corrosion resistance is good, but not resistant to high temperature and high pressure, so in some high temperature and high pressure working environment is not suitable.
Third, cast iron material
The cast iron valve disc is suitable for low pressure and medium temperature environment, with low price, simple and easy to operate, and is widely used in water treatment, heating and other fields. However, the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of cast iron valves are relatively weak, and the scope of application is narrower than that of cast steel and stainless steel.
Fourth, plastic material
Plastic valve disc is suitable for special corrosive media system, the main materials are PVDF, PP, PVC-C, etc., has good corrosion resistance and low price characteristics, but the pressure resistance is not as good as steel material.
