What are the common air conditioning water valves

Central air conditioning is a common air conditioning method in modern buildings. It uses water as a heat transfer medium and realizes indoor air conditioning through the circulation of water system. In the central air conditioning water system, the valve is an important device to control and adjust the water flow, pressure and temperature. The following will introduce several commonly used central air conditioning water system valves.

1. Balance valve: Balance valve is one of the essential valves in the central air conditioning water system. It is mainly used to regulate the water flow of different pipelines in the water system to ensure that the water flow at each end is balanced, and to avoid excessive or too small water flow on the air conditioning system.

2. Globe valve:Globe valve is a valve used to control the flow of water. In central air conditioning water systems, globe valves are often used to control and close waterways. When maintenance, equipment replacement or an emergency shutdown is required, the globe valve shuts off the waterway and prevents the water from continuing to flow.

3. Electric butterfly valve: Electric butterfly valve is a valve that controls the opening of the valve through an electric actuator. It can control the opening and closing degree of the valve according to the need to adjust the water flow through the signal to achieve the purpose of indoor temperature regulation. The operation of the electric butterfly valve is flexible and accurate, which is very important for the automatic control of the central air conditioning system.

4. Two-way regulating valve: two-way regulating valve is a valve that adjusts the water flow by changing the valve opening. It has a flow outlet in two directions, and the flow direction and flow of water can be adjusted according to the need. Two-way control valves are often used in central air conditioning systems to adjust the balance of cooling water and water temperature.

5. Periodic discharge valve: The periodic discharge valve is used to discharge the accumulated gas and sewage in the central air conditioning water system. The periodic discharge valve can automatically control the time and flow of the discharge, maintain the normal operation of the water system, and avoid water pollution and air blockage.

In addition to the commonly used valves mentioned above, there are other auxiliary valves in the central air conditioning water system, such as gate valves, check valves, temperature control valves, etc. These valves play a vital role in the normal operation of the central air conditioning water system.
