We are a pneumatic pinch valve manufacturer. Pneumatic pinch valve is mainly composed of upper and lower cast iron or cast steel body, rubber tube sleeve, size valve stem, ram, upper and lower guide post, pneumatic device and other parts. Among them, the body material is various, including cast iron, aluminum alloy, carbon steel, etc.; The rubber tube sleeve contains a reinforced cord layer to enhance its pressure and wear resistance. The stem material is usually cast copper or carbon steel.

The working principle of the pneumatic pinch valve is based on air pressure control. When the air source enters the compressed air, the piston in the cylinder is pushed by the pressure, so that the piston rod extends or retracts. The valve disc can be opened or closed by connecting the piston rod with the valve disc. When the air source stops supplying gas, the return force of the spring retracts the piston rod, and the valve disc is closed under the action of the spring force. When the control medium is not input, the cavity between the rubber sleeve and the valve body is communicated with the atmosphere, and the rubber sleeve is tensified outward by the fluid pressure. When the control medium enters the cavity between the tube sleeve and the valve body, the tube sleeve deforms under the pressure of the medium.
